      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct site monitoring responsibilities for clinical trials, ensuring protocol compliance and quality
      - Provide guidance and oversight to the CRA team, ensuring adherence to project scope and timelines
      - Perform qualification, initiation, interim, and close-out visits both remotely and onsite
      - Prepare and document accurate monitoring visit reports, detailing site-related issues and resolutions
      - Maintain regular contact with study sites to assess patient accrual rates and ensure compliance with regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Degree in a scientific health field
      - Certified Monitor in compliance with Italian CRO decree (for positions based in Italy)
      - Proven ability to manage monitoring activities autonomously
      - Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
      - Ability to travel 60-80% for site visits

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong command of the local language, both written and verbal, where monitoring activities are performed
      - Knowledge of clinical research, ICH GCP, and local regulations
      - Experience with clinical trial management systems and electronic data capture
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation
      - Ability to problem-solve unstructured or ambiguous challenges
