      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Book and exchange air records, hotels, cars, and buses to meet client needs
      - Manage incoming calls and emails while multitasking effectively
      - Invoice for group hotels and buses during off-peak times
      - Collaborate closely with team members to complete tasks efficiently
      - Utilize Global Distribution System (GDS) for booking and ticketing air reservations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong client-service orientation
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Proven time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      - Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Travel experience preferred
      - 3+ years of experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
      - Familiarity with travel-specific systems such as Concur
