      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers, both individuals and groups
      - Conduct analysis and research on travel options while anticipating traveler needs
      - Book domestic and international business travel, including air, road, rail, and accommodations
      - Ensure compliance with customers' travel policies and regulatory requirements
      - Collaborate with team members to provide coaching and constructive feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Passion for excellence in client service with proactive anticipation of needs
      - Native expertise in Global Distribution Systems (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, and/or Galileo)
      - Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Attention to detail and integrity in handling personal traveler information
      - Proficiency in English and French

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong understanding of the travel industry, including business and leisure travel
      - Experience resolving customer issues independently or with suppliers
      - Openness to feedback and teamwork
