      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide personalized travel consulting services, including air, hotel, car, and limo bookings
      - Evaluate and assess client needs to offer professional travel solutions while adhering to corporate policies
      - Finalize travel arrangements and manage invoicing, exchanges, and refunds using the Sabre reservation system
      - Conduct quality control by independently reviewing client reservations for accuracy
      - Handle customer service issues directly with vendors to ensure the best resolutions for clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or at least three (3) years of experience as a full-time travel agent
      - Strong knowledge of the Sabre reservation system, including GDS formats and e-ticketing
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively counsel clients
      - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with an online booking tool such as Concur
      - Experience using finishing scripts in Sabre
      - Proven dispute resolution skills
      - Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
