What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build, maintain, and support internal travel systems and automation systems to improve daily performance and workflow
- Serve as the subject matter expert for agents and new agent trainers in both departments
- Present information to internal and external customers professionally and in easily understood terminology
- Analyze data, processes, and procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate projects, ensuring deadlines are met
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional team environments
- Intermediate experience with Word, Excel, Globalware, and third-party travel software products
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
