What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist clients in booking various travel arrangements
- Utilize Global Distribution System (GDS) and online travel tools to communicate with suppliers
- Ensure clients receive the best rates, perks, and service from suppliers
- Adapt to high-pressure environments with tight deadlines
- Work collaboratively in a transparent and supportive setting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of experience at a travel agency
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with high net worth individuals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience at a travel agency
- 1+ years of experience using Global Distribution System (GDS) or other online travel booking systems
