What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior experience booking or selling cruises
- Strong knowledge of ocean and river cruise options
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Excellent customer service and upselling skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the travel industry, particularly with cruise bookings
- Familiarity with various cruise lines and their offerings
- Previous customer service experience in a sales-oriented environment
