      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle daily inquiries from advisors and provide timely support for ticketing and travel-related queries
      - Manage domestic and complex international air reservations to ensure seamless travel solutions
      - Research and troubleshoot service desk questions while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
      - Facilitate rejected ARC errors and assist advisors with ticketing processes
      - Serve as backup for Advisor Support Coverage desk during staff absences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years’ experience with primary GDS platforms; Travelport+ or Galileo experience preferred
      - At least 2 years’ experience with secondary GDS platforms
      - Deep knowledge of GDS formats, air ticketing, hotel, cars, and non-ARC invoicing
      - Understanding of the international reservation process
      - Ability to handle difficult situations independently and escalate when necessary

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous travel agent experience
      - Knowledge of key GTC initiatives and client base
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
      - Flexibility in work hours to meet business needs
