      Job Overview:

      TapestryHealth is seeking a skilled & motivated Operations Supervisor to join our rapidly growing Regional Operations team. The Supervisor manages the daily operations of the Traveling Medical Assistant team. Develops & implements (in partnership with Director Operations, Operations Supervisors, and HR) standard processes and policies for all Medical Assistant functions. Supervisor ensures appropriate travel expectations, drives communication & engagement with team leads and Traveling Medical Assistant team.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Manage employees ensuring high performance through regular feedback and coaching, while providing day-to-day operational oversight.
      • Serves as an escalation point for any issues with assigned facilities, working with other leaders within Operations, Account Management, and/or Implementation as needed.
      • Approval of timecards, PTO, and Expenses
      • Collaborates with IPV team to ensure that IPVs can be completed in a timely/efficient manner.
      • Supports IPV coverage as needed when a Traveling MA calls out or encounters an issue while onsite.
      • Supports travel process for Traveling MAs. Reviews expenses and validates travel stipends.
      • Conduct interviews, training, and onboarding of new staff for department.
      • Assists in the evaluation of staffing ratios, competencies, performance, and professional development of direct reports.
      • Leads regular team meetings with Medical Assistant team.


      Qualifications:

      Required:
      • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
      • Proven experience in operations, logistics, or a supervisory role
      • Experience managing teams and improving operational processes.
      • Problem-solving skills

      Preferred:
      • Experience in the health care field
      • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask

      Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel basics

      Starting annual salary starting at $60,000 depending on experience.

      Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
