What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts while analyzing historical trends and business drivers
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather insights and inputs for financial reporting
- Analyze working capital trends and identify optimization opportunities
- Assist in preparing investor presentations and materials for various investor events
- Support Treasury technology implementations and process improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, science, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or business, with Treasury, FP&A, or Accounting experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Ability to develop constructive relationships across the organization
- Proficiency with Google Suite
