      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service to taxpayers through verbal and written communication
      - Review and process tax forms and applications accurately
      - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to business taxes
      - Maintain extensive phone and computer work to support taxpayer needs
      - Assist in occasional onsite work as required by the employer

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - One year of experience responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems for Treasury Customer Service Representative 6
      - Two years of relevant experience for Treasury Customer Service Representative 7, including one year equivalent to Treasury Customer Service Representative 6
      - Three years of experience for Treasury Customer Service Representative E8, including two years equivalent to Treasury Customer Service Representative 6 or one year equivalent to Treasury Customer Service Representative 7
      - Ability to perform work in the state of Michigan, with a designated workspace for remote work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer service role within a call center environment
      - Familiarity with business tax laws and procedures
      - Proficiency in using computer programs and websites for customer assistance
      - Capability to shift focus between tasks efficiently
      - Previous involvement in performance-based goals or metrics
