What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a point of contact for Transaction Banking's Global Investment and Japanese Corporate Banking segments for wire inquiries and service assistance
- Advocate for client needs and collaborate with internal service partners to provide solutions
- Resolve client inquiries through Phone/Email/Secured Message channels in a timely manner
- Ensure adherence to policy guidelines to mitigate risk and compliance issues
- Maintain compliance with the Bank's Risk Vision, including anti-money laundering and Bank Secrecy Act requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of prior experience in financial services/banking with knowledge of Client Service and Treasury Management
- Experience in Call Center/Phone support
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor’s degree recommended
