Prospective candidates for this job will benefit from being part of a leading provider of payment solutions and multi-channel marketing campaigns. Employer provides efficient and effective technical support, customer service, and sales assistance to small, mid-market, and large corporate clients. Candidates must provide outstanding “white glove” customer service to top-tier clients and customers, and maintain complete and accurate records of all customer interactions. They will also conduct virtual classroom training sessions for clients transitioning to new online banking platforms.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
* Manage small, mid-market, and large corporate, complex business clients during their online banking systems upgrade or conversion from a legacy platform to a new, target platform.
* Provide clients with efficient and effective technical support, customer service, and sales assistance.
* Deliver instructor lead, virtual classroom, training sessions for clients transitioning to new online banking platforms.
* Consult with clients and customers to identify additional needs related to the products or services.
* Provide contact center support for commercial bank clients across multiple delivery channels.

Experience:
* Experience as a Treasury Management sales resource, client service/account management or product manager, or experience in online banking/wire transfer conversions.
* Experience working with online banking treasury management systems, ACH, wire transfer, lockbox, positive pay, investment sweeps and related bank services and applications with commercial, corporate customers (Banking / Business experience) – finance software.
* Background in contact center environment a plus.
* Proven track record of exceeding expectations through superior execution and project management.
* Managed high profile clientele online banking data.

Education Required:
* BS in business/finance/accounting or equivalent experience

Salary: $20-$40 per hour based on experience level verified.
