What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Onboard new and existing clients to treasury management and business banking products
- Ensure efficient product transitions by collaborating with Business Banking, Deposit Operations, and Treasury Management
- Complete daily Positive Pay processes and assist with Electronic Banking processes as needed
- Provide service and support to clients by responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Perform monthly account analysis processes and assist with audits and examinations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Three to five years of related experience and/or training
- Experience with Treasury Management products and services, account analysis, file reconciliation, NACHA, and Positive Pay
- Strong commitment to customer service with excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- AAP Certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and banking software such as Salesforce and Bankway
