- You will provide Tier III support for the operation of Treasury systems in addition to supporting CAS’s use of those systems. This includes researching advanced issues, testing scenarios, analyzing reports and outputs, creating procedures, and making independent recommendations regarding solutions to complex problems. As appropriate, you will escalate issues to IT and work directly with them and vendors to solve complex issues or outages.
- You will manage all aspects of the Account Analysis system. You will also manage the integrity of data/files fed to CAS systems from all operational areas within each affiliate bank (up to 550 files per month).
- You will develop and maintain the fraud reporting tool used by CAS to alert Treasury customers of fraudulent activity, working directly with Product Management in resolving issues and designing modules for this tool.
- You will create complex reports including management reporting of fee income lost/gained/transferred, exception pricing, waivers, and discounts, volume and statistical reporting for Product Managers. You will also create reporting across multiple systems to serve Management and CAS needs as well as to ensure overall system and customer setup integrity.

Job Description
The Treasury Services Onboarding Analyst is primarily responsible for the oversight and support of all systems used by Commercial Account Services (CAS). This includes providing Tier III support for the line of business by recognizing and researching complex system issues, monitoring database integrity, and ensuring SLAs are met. Furthermore, this position has the responsibility of auditing current system reporting and developing new reporting as required. The position establishes a charging mechanism for all new product offerings via tran code mapping from IMPACS or various other source systems in order to ensure services are charged appropriately and accurately. In addition, is responsible for providing monthly service charge information to management. In doing these tasks, this position will work directly alongside Product Management and will be the interface between the line of business and IT, as well as having direct vendor contact. Will also be involved in all Treasury system upgrades, which will entail participating in requirements gathering, test case development, and testing for these frequent and advanced projects. This position is unique in that one must understand the line of business as well as the IT systems that support it.

Education & Experience Requirements
The required level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree and 7-8 years’ experience in an operations/products environment; or 14-15 years of equivalent work related experience.
