What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide case management and transportation services to youth and families
- Complete required documentation and training in a timely manner
- Coordinate and monitor community-based services including mental health, medical, and educational support
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with foster parents and families of origin
- Conduct safety assessments and crisis response services as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of direct service experience with youth and families
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record
- Willingness to work flexible and non-traditional hours
- Proficient use of computers and software including word processing and spreadsheets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in foster care or similar social services environment
- Familiarity with mental health and educational resources for youth
- Bilingual skills or proficiency in a second language
- Knowledge of community resources and support services
- Previous experience in case management
