      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in Regional Partnership Council meetings and assist in regional strategic planning processes
      - Develop, implement, and monitor regional strategies and initiatives in tribal communities
      - Engage communities through presentations and workshops to promote early childhood awareness
      - Foster relationships with tribal leadership and community influencers
      - Represent the organization at regional coalitions and public forums to share information and updates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in early education, social work, education, health, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
      - Extensive knowledge of early childhood development and health issues
      - Management or leadership experience in public, private, or non-profit organizations
      - Ability to work effectively with tribal communities and respect tribal sovereignty
      - High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in generating financial support and developing cross-sector partnerships
      - Creative and solution-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
      - Familiarity with volunteer governing boards and community volunteers
      - Ability to travel and participate in meetings outside the immediate service area
