      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and deliver training and technical assistance (TTA) to Tribal CCDF grantees
      - Collaborate with OCC regional office staff to create a menu of TA offerings
      - Design, develop, and implement TTA resources, including webinars and training events
      - Maintain communication with the Tribal Center team to ensure effective training event planning
      - Respond to information requests from Tribal CCDF Administrators and develop approaches to address their needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, public policy, public administration, or management
      - 5+ years of experience with Tribal CCDF regulations and federally funded early childhood programs
      - 5+ years of demonstrated experience in CCDF implementation
      - 5+ years of experience offering training and technical assistance in early care and education
      - 2+ years of experience developing training resources and facilitating content delivery to Tribal communities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience within Federally recognized Tribes and Tribal Nations
      - Experience in a leadership position within a CCDF/Head Start Program
      - Experience providing training at State, Regional, or National Conferences/Meetings
      - Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning principles
      - Proficiency in MS Office Applications and project management tools
