- Provide exceptional customer service by utilizing Unified Service Desk to manage and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Oversee customer interactions to ensure a high level of satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and streamline store operations.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and improve customer experience offerings.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in training new team members on customer service protocols and Unified Service Desk usage.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer experience and store operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
- Provide support in both Spanish and Portuguese languages as required.
- Adapt to rotational shifts and demonstrate flexibility in work hours.
- Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues with the Unified Service Desk.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by achieving individual and team goals.
- Possess strong technical skills in Unified Service Desk.
- Demonstrate expertise in Customer Experience Offerings Customer Experience and Store Operations.
- Exhibit proficiency in Spanish (Native Speaker Read/Write Speak).
- Show proficiency in Portuguese (Read/Write Speak Novice).
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
