      Job Summary

      We are seeking a Senior Process Executive - CHD with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Unified Service Desk and a strong background in Customer Experience Offerings Customer Experience and Store Operations. This hybrid role requires rotational shifts and proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese.


      Responsibilities

    • Provide exceptional customer service by utilizing Unified Service Desk to manage and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
    • Oversee customer interactions to ensure a high level of satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
    • Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and streamline store operations.
    • Collaborate with team members to develop and improve customer experience offerings.
    • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Assist in training new team members on customer service protocols and Unified Service Desk usage.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer experience and store operations.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
    • Provide support in both Spanish and Portuguese languages as required.
    • Adapt to rotational shifts and demonstrate flexibility in work hours.
    • Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues with the Unified Service Desk.
    • Contribute to the overall success of the team by achieving individual and team goals.

    • Qualifications

    • Possess strong technical skills in Unified Service Desk.
    • Demonstrate expertise in Customer Experience Offerings Customer Experience and Store Operations.
    • Exhibit proficiency in Spanish (Native Speaker Read/Write Speak).
    • Show proficiency in Portuguese (Read/Write Speak Novice).
    • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
    • Adapt to rotational shifts and maintain a high level of performance.
    • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Exhibit the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
