  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Own day-to-day Food Safety & Delivery Compliance workflows, including product recalls and temperature control
  - Triage, investigate, and resolve shopper conduct escalations from customers and retail partners
  - Monitor data signals to detect patterns of non-compliance and propose process improvements
  - Draft internal guidance and incident summaries in collaboration with various teams
  - Maintain thorough records and contribute to post-incident reviews and learning cycles
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum 2+ years of experience in compliance operations, risk, or customer support within technology, marketplace, or retail environments
  - Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, including pivot tables and lookups
  - Experience conducting investigations and documenting findings in a policy-driven environment
  - Excellent written communication skills for drafting incident summaries and policy updates
  - Availability to work weekends and adjust hours for urgent incidents
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in customer service or technical support within retail or CPG companies
  - Hands-on experience with food safety escalations and product recalls
  - Basic SQL proficiency and experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
  - Background in marketplace operations, trust & safety, or policy operations
  - Familiarity with regulatory domains such as FDA/USDA product recalls or state alcohol regulations
