What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Moderate trust & safety flags from players to respond to harmful behavior
- Apply community guidelines and enforcement protocols consistently
- Document findings clearly and consistently
- Collaborate with the product development team to refine algorithms and develop moderation tools
- Create and share reports on overall player behavior with the development team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years working in content moderation, risk assessment, or digital trust & safety
- Previous experience with sensitive and potentially graphic content
- Familiarity with online gaming culture and moderation challenges
- Proficient in SaaS-based collaboration tools including Amazon Connect and JIRA
- Familiarity with machine learning principles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a gaming environment
- Knowledge of community management practices
- Strong analytical skills for assessing player behavior
