What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and execute test plans, cases, and scripts based on business requirements
- Perform post-deployment checks and investigate production issues
- Analyze and resolve complex escalated support tickets (Level 3 support)
- Document and track bugs, coordinating with development teams for resolution
- Provide feedback and training to Level 1 and Level 2 support teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production support
- Proficiency in testing methodologies, test plan creation, and QA tools
- Exceptional working knowledge of testing tools/software (e.g., SQL, JIRA, Swagger, Postman)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 years of experience in handling escalated support tickets or high-level technical support roles
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality standards
- Technical knowledge of system architectures and scripting
- Experience in automated testing frameworks
