      Hybrid Working
      Structured hybrid role:
      At Barclays, we offer a hybrid working experience that blends the positives of working alongside colleagues at our onsite locations, together with working from home. We have a structured approach where colleagues work at an onsite location on fixed, ‘anchor’, days of the week, for a minimum of two days a week or more, as set by the business area (or nearest equivalent if working part-time hours). Please note that as we continue to embed our hybrid working environment, we remain in a test and learn phase, which means that working arrangements may be subject to change on reasonable notice to ensure we meet the needs of our business.

      Introduction:
      o To support tuning lead in driving a complex Screening Tuning & List function ensuring delivery of Service excellence to all Management, Stakeholders and Regulators
      o To manage the FircoSoft tuning & list function of the unit as per specified service level agreements and to ensure optimal distribution of workload in order to achieve objectives for the unit

      What will you be doing?
      o To work on tuning components like FMM (FircoSoft MultiLaws Manager) & FML (FircoSoft MultiList Manager) in order to write exceptions/rules/modify/add/delete list entries
      o Work effectively with UK Tuning team to complete principle testing for any new principles being developed and also completing the annual testings of all implemented principles
      o Evaluating trends from the historic volumes and suggesting solutions to avoid the repeated false alerts thereby increasing the STP rate
      o Responsible for publishing FircoSoft summary reflecting stop rate, screened volumes, hits per message, stopped messages, automated messages and FTE positioning along with evaluating the spike analysis to see if there are any trends or problematic entries causing spike and fixing them to reduce the volumes impact
      o Working on SQL Tool to do trend analysis of any given data, in order to come up with suggestions for exceptions/rules
      o Identify, initiate and implement tuning or list enhancements and improvements across the business, driving culture of efficiency, whilst remaining effective against policy
      o Keep analysing the change in LIVE Traffic and come up with new exceptions/rules in order to keep the BAU stop rate as minimal as possible.
      o To cater to all ad-hoc requests from the project and leadership team within the timeframe like Re-screening or any manual screening
      o Responsible for regular knowledge transfer from the UK tuning team in order to keep exceling on their existing skill set
      o Regular communication with UK tuning team to keep a regular traction of the ideas/suggestion in the pipeline

      What we’re looking for:
      o Hands on experience in Financial Crime Operations domain like Payment/Customer Screening, KYC, Adverse Media or Transaction Monitoring
      o Strong analytical skills
      o Extensive Working knowledge/Understanding of End to End payment flows
      o Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point
      o Excellent written/verbal communication skills
      o Graduate in any discipline

      Skills that will help you in the role:
      o Experience of analytical tools like SQL, R or SAS
      o Prior Experience or Knowledge of FircoSoft Continuity & Utility applications like - FFF Classic, FMM & FML
