Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Expert knowledge of Tuxedo Middleware
Programming proficiency in C, C++
Good understanding of Java
Middleware Concepts: Distributed transaction processing, Message-based communication,
Service-oriented architecture (SOA)
Database: SQL, Knowledge of specific database systems used with Tuxedo
Tuxedo Specifics: Tuxedo domain configuration, Tuxedo service management,
Tuxedo performance tuning and optimization, Debugging Tuxedo applications
System Administration: Unix/Linux system administration basics & shell scripting, Familiarity with
operating system concepts relevant to Tuxedo deployment
Other Relevant Skills: Design patterns, Version control systems (e.g., Git),
Continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)
Roles & Responsibilities
Define and maintain Tuxedo domains, queues, and services
Design and develop distributed applications using Tuxedo
Implement Tuxedo services and manage communication between different application components
Perform performance optimization & tuning of Tuxedo applications
Debug & troubleshoot Tuxedo related issues
Monitor application health & performance metrics
Collaborate with other development teams to integrate applications with Tuxedo
Create & maintain technical documentation
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Good interpersonal skills in managing clients
Good coordination with client & offshore/nearshore teams
Team spirit
Good written skills
Good problem-solving techniques
Ability to work with little to no supervision

Salary Range - $110,000-$130,000 a year
