About the opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for a part time, U16s Assistant Head Coach to join our Women’s Football department.
As Assistant U16s Head Coach you will be responsible for supporting our U16s Head Coach in leading the coaching and match preparation of the Under 16’s team, in a safe, secure and supportive environment.
You will contribute towards creating a culture that maximises the talent of each club player in all aspects of the four-corner model and help with the design and delivery of all performance analysis requirements across the Academy.
You will be required to work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team to ensure that the needs of all players are fully catered for, and to plan and deliver the coaching programme for the age group you lead to a high standard.
Who we are looking for: Our ideal candidate will need to be experienced working with players, parents and other staff members with the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal who place high value on attention to detail.
Essentially, the successful candidate must hold a minimum UEFA B Licence, and be able to demonstrate good practice when it comes to safeguarding children, contributing to our player-centred approach at the Academy.
This position is on a 8 hour a week, 12-month fixed-term contract basis
