      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution with stakeholders
      - Coordinate structured in-person and virtual testing sessions, ensuring stakeholder participation
      - Evaluate persona-specific workflows for effective metadata management and data discovery
      - Monitor and analyze usage analytics to assess user adoption and system performance
      - Document UAT findings, including usability barriers and actionable recommendations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in test management, user acceptance testing, or quality assurance
      - At least 3 years of experience coordinating testing activities in Federal or healthcare environments
      - Proven experience in both in-person and virtual testing coordination and facilitation
      - Strong knowledge of user experience evaluation methodologies and usability testing practices
      - Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of experience in test management or user acceptance testing
      - Experience with enterprise application testing and stakeholder coordination
      - Knowledge of enterprise data catalog testing methodologies and self-service portal evaluation
      - Familiarity with semantic search and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology testing approaches
      - Active DoD High-Risk Public Trust designation or security clearance
