  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Extensive familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, Discord, and Reddit
  - Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
  - Strong initiative and ownership in problem-solving and opportunity identification
  - Excellent communication skills for building relationships and collaborating across teams
  - Ability to think creatively and generate innovative activation ideas for content creators
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience as a content creator or managing social media for a brand or personal project
  - Background in building or managing influencer partnerships or community-driven initiatives
  - Genuine interest in AI, visual design, or creative tools
