What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design responsive user interfaces using Figma or Adobe XD, aligning with enterprise design systems
- Apply Human Centered Design practices such as user interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing
- Ensure compliance with Section 508 and WCAG accessibility standards
- Collaborate with developers to create scalable UI patterns that integrate with secure enterprise identity flows
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into Agile delivery cycles
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3–6 years of experience supporting UX/UI or Human Centered Design efforts for enterprise or regulated web applications
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of Section 508 and WCAG accessibility requirements
- Experience designing user experiences for data-heavy applications or analytics platforms
- Bachelor’s Degree
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with secure authentication patterns such as CAC, SSO, or MFA within enterprise environments
- Experience collaborating within Agile or SAFe delivery teams
- Ability to translate complex workflows and stakeholder requirements into clear, usable interface designs
