- Lead the design process from ideation to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with product goals and objectives.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Identify the user's needs, pain-points, and requirements and translate their insights into actionable document.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and design documentation.
- Continuously seek out new design trends, tools, and technologies to improve the design process and stay up to date with industry standards.
- Communicate design decisions effectively and articulate design solutions to stakeholders.
- Manage the design and uploading process of all project materials, understanding best practices for creating a content management system.
- Act as design liaison to external design agencies as needed for added design support, ensuring adherence to GREF and JLL brand guidelines.
- Be responsible for the 'look & feel' of products
- Bachelor degree in graphic/interactive design or equivalent level of professional experience required.
- Must have 2+ years of experience and working knowledge of UI prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision.
- Passionate about user-centered design, forward thinking, innovative, curiosity for technology, UI, applications.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Portfolio illustrating engaging and inspiring web and/or mobile design work.
- Impressive design, conceptual thinking, and typography skills.
- Proven ability to articulate your creative thinking.
- Ability to remain highly-effective in a remote and global environment while demonstrating cultural sensitivity and a willingness to work outside of normal business hours when necessary.
- The passion and determination to turn ideas and visualizations into finished products.
- Strong organizational skills, extremely detail-oriented, and a capacity to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Experience of web UI technology such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript is preferred.
- Experience designing for a CMS (Content Management System) is preferred.
