What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design engaging, pixel-perfect user interfaces for the Scrunch Application and related features
- Combine creativity with usability to drive user engagement towards key actions and goals
- Collaborate closely with Engineering to deliver production-ready designs efficiently
- Contribute to the evolution of the design system for consistency and performance
- Manage multiple design projects and deadlines while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in digital product design
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Strong portfolio showcasing the ability to visualize complex data into clear user experiences
- Proven track record of transforming ideas into high-quality finished designs
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment while maintaining focused execution
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience or familiarity with front-end coding (React, HTML, CSS) to enhance collaboration with Engineering
