What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Formulate business-informed goals and vision to drive the UX strategy and enhance product and processes.
- Lead projects independently and develop approaches for tackling design challenges.
- Create user experience solutions that address business problems and technical requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior designers while taking ownership of team projects.
- Collaborate with UX research teams to conduct usability tests and gather user feedback.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-7 years of professional experience with a product design-focused portfolio, demonstrating expertise in UX strategy, interaction design, and visual execution.
- Formal training in User Experience, Product Design, or Human Factors, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in Figma/Sketch.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to navigate projects amidst ambiguity and uncertainty.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with admin dashboards and tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage tasks, deadlines, and schedules.
