What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Transform complex aviation workflows into intuitive, user-centered design solutions
- Partner closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to enhance product visuals and overall experience
- Create high-quality UX deliverables including wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI designs in Figma
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs
- Conduct usability testing and competitive benchmarking to validate and improve design outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for complex, data-rich web applications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles and interaction design
- High proficiency in Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI design
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in aviation, aerospace, or enterprise SaaS design
- Familiarity with front-end technologies and modern component libraries (e.g., HTML, CSS/SaSS, Angular Material)
- Exposure to AI-driven product design
- Experience designing dashboards and responsive layouts across devices and browsers
- Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
