What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide advanced-level knowledge of the UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central Advanced Scheduler module tailored for the healthcare industry
- Lead all aspects of workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications, and upgrades
- Facilitate complex working sessions for both internal and client teams to define strategic objectives
- Create detailed functional and technical design documents, including test plans and user training materials
- Analyze complex data and present findings in a compelling manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with the UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central Advanced Scheduler module
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the healthcare industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum of 12 years of work experience); if Associate's Degree, must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience
- Ability to handle escalated issues and tailor solutions to meet client needs
- Experience analyzing complex data and summarizing findings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience presenting to executive-level audiences
- Experience in creating strategic communication pieces for executive-level audiences
- Certification in UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central Advanced Scheduler module with at least 2 years of related experience
- Ability to work on complex, fast-paced projects in a collaborative team setting
- Proven track record in developing new or improved processes and methodologies
