      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Responsible for the timely and accurate processing, auditing, and related payroll processes for clients, including special projects and quarter/year-end audits
      - Assist the Team Lead and Manager in reconciling payroll inputs and outputs and ensuring compliance with client requirements
      - Build and maintain trusted relationships with client contacts by providing exceptional service
      - Identify areas of client dissatisfaction and escalate to the Team Lead and/or Payroll Manager
      - Perform payroll balancing by running reports, investigating variances, and determining necessary actions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience with automated multi-corporation, multi-state payroll processing, including knowledge of payroll tax, accounting principles, and wage and hour laws
      - Experience working with UKG
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Must possess strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
      - Associate's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting (or equivalent in education and experience)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Human Resource and Payroll Experience with a Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC), Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), and/or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
      - Proficient in using MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
      - Highly motivated and team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
