      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review, investigate, and process unclaimed property claims in accordance with State laws and regulations
      - Research and analyze relevant laws, statutes, and policies to assist in claim determinations
      - Utilize investigative tools and resources to gather necessary information for claims
      - Provide guidance and support to Unclaimed Property Specialist 3’s and management regarding claim outcomes
      - Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of sensitive information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of one year of experience with unclaimed property and/or claims/audit-related work
      - Basic knowledge of Federal and State laws regarding unclaimed property and confidentiality requirements
      - Effective verbal, written, and active listening skills
      - Strong customer service skills to interact with taxpayers professionally
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field
