      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform various operational tasks related to customer, vendor, and associate inquiries
      - Streamline workflows to enhance operational efficiency within the business unit
      - Handle complex, escalated, or time-sensitive issues while maintaining high service standards
      - Maintain and update department records, including processing and reviewing documentation
      - Provide expertise in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Financial Services and Operations Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Financial Services and Operations Support
      - Strong knowledge of unclaimed property laws and regulations
      - Proven ability to prepare timely and accurate reports for states and audits
      - Experience in reviewing unclaimed property claims and identifying rightful owners
      - Ability to assist in the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience working specifically in Unclaimed Property
      - Familiarity with due diligence letter mailings and asset recovery programs
      - Experience in analyzing data and conducting research related to unclaimed property
      - Ability to provide training and support to junior associates
      - Preference for EDT working hours
