What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the subject matter expert in a segment of the division's product line
- Analyze new business opportunities and develop renewal strategies for complex accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers while negotiating placements

- Participate in the development and execution of annual business plans, including profitable underwriting strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 15 years of industry experience, with at least 10 years in Excess and Surplus lines
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Specific experience in marketing and underwriting related products
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional designation in underwriting
- Minimum of 5 years underwriting experience, preferably in Excess and Surplus lines
- Experience in training and mentoring others
- Familiarity with facultative reinsurance and loss-sensitive programs
