      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage inbound calls from Life Sales Agents regarding case status and basic underwriting inquiries
      - Conduct outbound follow-ups with medical facilities, agents, and members
      - Perform administrative tasks such as drafting and mailing letters
      - Provide underwriting rate class quotes to agents using established guidelines
      - Foster collaborative relationships with agents, field management, and internal departments to achieve sales goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
      - Minimum of one year of experience in insurance, financial services, or medical industries
      - Completion of LOMA 280/281 and LOMA 290/291 within six months of hire
      - Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with colleagues and the public
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with life insurance operations, policies, and products
      - Understanding of insurance contracts, medical conditions, and risk selection factors
      - Excellent written communication skills for technical and report writing
