      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise and guide an assigned underwriting team to ensure effective operations
      - Enforce underwriting guidelines and procedures established by the corporate office
      - Develop and maintain strong agency relationships to enhance business growth
      - Monitor team performance and provide coaching to achieve annual goals
      - Conduct audits on new business and renewals to ensure compliance and quality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in insurance, business administration, or equivalent relevant experience
      - Minimum of six years of commercial lines underwriting experience
      - Strong knowledge of underwriting and risk analysis
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
      - Previous supervisory or leadership experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CPCU designation or other underwriting-related designations
      - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media
      - Proven problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
      - Experience in motivating and leading teams
      - Ability to work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines
