      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise the assigned underwriting team and enforce established guidelines and procedures
      - Implement strategies to address challenges to profit and communicate effectively with agents
      - Monitor the workload and performance of the underwriting team, conducting reviews and providing coaching
      - Develop and foster agency relationships to grow profitable business opportunities
      - Conduct audits on new business and renewals for compliance and quality assurance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, or equivalent relevant experience
      - Minimum of six years of commercial lines underwriting experience
      - CPCU designation or other underwriting-related designation(s)
      - Previous supervisory or leadership experience
      - Strong knowledge of underwriting and risk analysis
