      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage an assigned underwriting team, enforcing corporate and regional underwriting guidelines
      - Model effective underwriting practices across various lines of business and implement strategies to enhance profitability
      - Coordinate with underwriters and marketing teams in agency planning and review processes
      - Develop and maintain agency relationships, focusing on growth and profitability
      - Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to established guidelines and service directives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, or equivalent relevant experience
      - Minimum of six years of commercial lines underwriting experience
      - Previous supervisory or leadership experience
      - Excellent knowledge of underwriting and risk analysis
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking ability

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CPCU designation or other underwriting-related designations
      - Proven problem-solving skills and sound decision-making abilities
      - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media
      - Exceptional customer service skills
      - Ability to manage multiple projects effectively while meeting deadlines
