      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the assigned underwriting team and enforce corporate and regional underwriting guidelines
      - Implement effective underwriting practices and strategies to address profit challenges
      - Coordinate with underwriters and agency management in planning and review processes
      - Develop and maintain agency relationships, focusing on profitability and growth
      - Monitor performance and decisions of the underwriting team to ensure compliance with guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of six years of commercial lines underwriting experience
      - Strong knowledge of underwriting and risk analysis
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CPCU designation or other underwriting-related designations
      - Previous supervisory or leadership experience in underwriting
