      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide underwriting support, including data validation and documentation verification for transactions
      - Manage post-bind transactions, including endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements
      - Draft policies and ensure data accuracy within internal systems
      - Communicate with customers to gather necessary information for transaction completion
      - Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and resolve policy-related issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma and 3+ years of relevant experience
      - Knowledge of insurance processes, particularly in surplus lines of business
      - Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and internet-based technology
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in insurance underwriting or related fields
      - Familiarity with surplus lines insurance processes
      - Strong initiative and a service-oriented mindset
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
      - Experience with special projects or system testing
