What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and review unemployment claims for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility
- Process incoming claims within 48 hours of receipt
- Document all claim activity in the TNC Claims Management System
- Coordinate with state agencies and respond to all claim-related inquiries promptly
- Maintain efficiency and productivity benchmarks based on tenure of employment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment is a plus
- Ability to perform essential job duties satisfactorily

- Knowledge of unemployment claims processes
