What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete monthly remittance reports and payments accurately
- Assist with union audit by providing necessary records and information
- Set up reciprocity rules between unions and process supplemental payments
- Maintain master list of union rates and fringe benefits
- Reconcile internal and external records for unions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficient in MS Office applications, JDE experience a plus, intermediate MS Excel proficiency
- High School Diploma required
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation strongly preferred
- Five (5) years minimum certified payroll experience preferred
- In-depth knowledge of multi-state and local tax jurisdiction
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Construction payroll experience preferred
