Be the face of the unit: Greet visitors, answer calls, and maintain an organized, welcoming environment for patients and families.

Support patient care: Assist with basic care activities such as feeding, mobility support, vital signs, specimen collection, call light response, and one-on-one patient observation.

Keep the unit running smoothly: Order supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the unit remains clean and orderly.

Document and communicate: Thoroughly document care provided and communicate promptly with nursing staff.

Contribute to a culture of care: Actively participate in team huddles, debriefs, and shared decision-making to support excellence in patient care and a healthy work environment.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Must be at least 17 years of age

Previous patient care experience or Nurse Assistant certification preferred

BCLS (CPR) certification required within 3 months of hire

Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Basic computer skills and comfort with electronic medical records
