      Position Purpose: Directly supervise addicted clients at night. Provide continuity of program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards. Participate as a team member in the delivery of addictions treatment services to clients and their families.

      Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:
      • High School diploma or GED
      • Ability to navigate and document in electronic systems required.
      • Ability to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames
      • Skilled in behavioral management techniques

      Essential Responsibilities:
      1. Work scheduled hours and be available to work additional hours when necessary. Overtime may be required.
      2. Supervise and manage the behavior of the clients and provide appropriate behavioral interventions and consequences.
      3. Perform bed checks at varying intervals as prescribed, to ensure the clients comfort, safety and well-being. Complete concurrent documentation of the completion of these checks.
      4. Read all charts and obtain pertinent information from staff of previous shift, utilize during the night shift and relay to morning staff, if appropriate.
      5. Ensure that client service records are maintained consistent with required licensing rules and regulations.
      6. General cleaning duties as required.
      7. Inventory incoming clothing and supplies of clients for quantity and specifically check for contraband items. Inventory outgoing clothing and supplies of clients.
      8. Oversee the neatness of the unit and the proper use of the equipment and supplies and inform the proper person when supplies or repairs are indicated.
      9. If designated, monitor self-administration of medicine by clients and record information on medical log.
      10. Serve as a member of the residential team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
      11. Understand and comply with all of the principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
      12. Perform all responsibilities in compliance with the mission, vision, values and expectations of Rosecrance.
      13. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
      14. Assume other related responsibilities as assigned by management.

      Schedule: 8-hour shifts

      • Shift: 3rd
      • Thursday – Monday 11pm-7:30am

      Pay : Based on education, experience, and credentials

      • Starting pay HS/GED - $18.43/hr.
      • Starting pay Associates - $19.37/hr.
      • Starting pay Bachelors - $20.25/hr.
      • Additional $.50/hr. with CADC certification

      Shift differentials: Additional pay based on regularly scheduled shift hours

      • Second shift (majority of hours between 3pm and 11pm): $.25/hr.
      • Third shift (majority of hours between 10pm and 7am): $.50/hr.

      Work Location: Rosecrance Harrison Campus - Rockford, IL
