      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define early talent hiring needs and recruitment strategies
      - Plan and execute on-campus and virtual recruitment events
      - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for campus recruiting across multiple functions
      - Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and university partners
      - Track and report on key recruiting metrics to improve hiring strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in HR or Recruiting
      - Strong communication and relationship-building skills
      - Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data analysis
      - Experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Workday, and Handshake

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Innovative mindset with a focus on data-driven change
      - Experience designing internship or university partnership programs
      - Background in technical recruiting
      - Previous university or campus recruiting experience, especially in collaboration with faculty and career services
