What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with marketing staff on creative approaches for promotions and advertising strategies
- Produce layout files for print and digital communications
- Create and edit graphic files, including illustrations and photos
- Manage monthly newsletter to Housing staff and perform administrative services
- Assist with special events and other duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Satisfactory results of a confidential criminal background check
- Preference given to students who have lived in University Residence Halls
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience or coursework in graphic design or marketing
- Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
