      - Plan and execute large-scale late-night programs for on-campus residents
      - Support residents during emergency situations and provide crisis response at events
      - Create engaging social media content for Wisconsin Late Night outreach
      - Delegate roles and responsibilities to traditional Late Night Coordinators
      - Maintain sensitive information and fulfill additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have programming experience as a Late Night Coordinator or Residential Events Programmer for at least one semester
      - Ability to abide by the University Residence Halls Contract and academic policies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in event planning or crisis management
      - Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse student populations
